Description

Per adempiere ai compiti istituzionali, considerata l’evoluzione normativa ed il constante incremento del numero degli aderenti, il Fondo For.Te. deve garantire la continuità ai servizi di sviluppo evolutivo, di manutenzione e di assistenza sul Sistema Informativo ed ai servizi connessi all’hosting su cloud e alla gestione sistemica dell’infrastruttura. L’appalto ha ad oggetto, pertanto, il servizio di conduzione, manutenzione e supporto specialistico per la gestione e l’evoluzione del Sistema Informativo del Fondo For.Te., inclusivo delle seguenti Linee di Servizio: i) Linea di Servizio A - Servizio di Manutenzione Evolutiva del Sistema Informativo (MEV); ii) Linea di Servizio B - Servizio di Manutenzione Adattiva e Correttiva del Sistema Informativo (MAC); iii) Linea di Servizio C - Servizio di Helpdesk; iv) Linea di Servizio D - Hosting e gestione sistemica dell’infrastruttura. La presente procedura ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di conduzione, manutenzione e supporto specialistico per la gestione e l’evoluzione del Sistema Informativo del Fondo For.Te., inclusivo delle seguenti Linee di Servizio: i) Linea di Servizio A - Servizio di Manutenzione Evolutiva del Sistema Informativo (MEV); ii) Linea di Servizio B - Servizio di Manutenzione Adattiva e Correttiva del Sistema Informativo (MAC); iii) Linea di Servizio C - Servizio di Helpdesk; iv) Linea di Servizio D - Hosting e gestione sistemica dell’infrastruttura
