Description

Fornitura delle componenti elettromeccaniche dell’impianto meccanizzato di T.M.B. L'appalto riguarda la fornitura delle componenti elettromeccaniche per il corretto funzionamento del TMB. L'area occupata dalla piattaforma polifunzionale ricade nel territorio comunale di Gela CL nella c.da Timpazzo e trae accesso tramite strada interpoderale innestata nella Strada Provinciale n. 190, la quale si dirama direttamente dalla Strada Statale n. 117 bis.Come previsto dall'Art. 1 del CSA, l'appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura e consegna di tutte le componenti elettromeccaniche necessarie al funzionamento dell’impianto T.M.B., identificate in dettaglio nell’Allegato A del capitolato stesso. Le apparecchiature oggetto della fornitura rappresentano elementi fondamentali della linea di trattamento rifiuti, contribuendo alla separazione, triturazione e compattazione del rifiuto in ingresso al TMB. La fornitura comprende non solo le componenti relative ai macchinari principali, ma anche le attrezzature accessorie e i dispositivi di controllo e comando. È inoltre inclusa l’assistenza telematica durante la fase di installazione, fino al completo accertamento del corretto funzionamento dell’intero sistema. 1. Descrizione delle Componenti:  Vaglio Rotante (VR 01/02/03)  Vaglio Balistico (VB 01 A/B)  Trituratore Primario (APR 300)  Pressa (PC 50-P)  Nastro Redler (1000)Le componenti saranno sottoposte alle verifiche previste quali test funzionali e prestazionali, controllo dimensionale e visivo, certificazione dei materiali.
