PROCEDURA APERTA DI PARTENARIATO PUBBLICO PRIVATO, AI SENSI DELL’ART. 174 CO. 3, 193 E 200 DEL CODICE DI UN CONTRATTO DI PARTENARIATO PUBBLICO PRIVATO A BASE CONTRATTO DI PRESTAZIONE ENERGETICA - CONTRATTO DI RENDIMENTO ENERGETICO AVENTE A OGGETTO L’EROGAZIONE DEL SERVIZIO, INCLUSIVO DELLE ATTIVITÀ DI PROGETTAZIONE ESECUTIVA E REALIZZAZIONE DEGLI INTERVENTI SUGLI EDIFICI, CONDUZIONE, MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA, STRAORDINARIA FULL RISK ED, EVENTUALMENTE, MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA EXTRA CANONE RELATIVAMENTE AGLI INTERVENTI EPC E AGLI IMPIANTI, COSÌ COME IDENTIFICATI NEL PROGETTO DI FATTIBILITÀ TECNICA ED ECONOMICA, IL TUTTO FINALIZZATO AL RAGGIUNGIMENTO DEL RISPARMIO ENERGETICO MINIMO GARANTITO DELL’EDILIZIA RESIDENZIALE PUBBLICA TOSCANA TRAMITE LA MISURA PNRR M.7I.17 E IL CONTO TERMICO 3.0. La presente procedura ha lo scopo di individuare il soggetto che presenta la migliore offerta cui affidare, in PPP e mediante finanza di progetto, interventi di efficientamento energetico con contratto EPC, comprensivi di progettazione e realizzazione dei lavori di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su diversi fabbricati di proprietà di Siena Casa.
