Procedura aperta ex art. 71 del D. Lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i., per la conclusione di un Accordo quadro con un unico operatore economico per interventi di manutenzione ordinaria finalizzati alla difesa degli immobili da occupazioni illecite ed in generale per la tutela della proprietà, mediante installazione di porte blindate o di altri sistemi di sicurezza, anche a seguito di occupazioni abusive, sgomberi con le Forze dell’Ordine programmati o in flagranza, escomi programmati, da garantire anche in emergenza per interventi imprevedibili, in stabili di proprietà ALER Milano ed in gestione siti nel comune di Milano ed in provincia, suddiviso in 11 lotti rispettivamente di competenza dei settori tecnici delle U.O.G. di Milano e delle U.O.G. della Provincia, del Settore Prevenzione Repressione Abusivismo Milano e del Coordinamento Valorizzazione - finanziamento ALER Milano e comuni terzi. lotto n. 6 - UOG Est; lotto n. 7 - UOG Ovest; lotto n. 10 - Settore Prevenzione Repressione Abusivismo Milano
