Procedura aperta telematica per la fornitura di emostatici, adesivi e sigillanti chirurgici, suddivisa in lotti, in accordo quadro per il lotto n. 1, per le esigenze delle Aziende Sanitarie in Area Vasta Emilia Centrale, Area Vasta Emilia Nord, AUSL della Romagna Emostatico a base di gelatina animale e trombina umana NB: si richiede la fornitura in uso gratuito di qualunque accessorio necessario alla applicazione (es: puntali, applicatori, nebulizzatori ecc.); Emostatico a base di cellulosa ossidata, bioassorbibile, disponibilità di almeno 4 formati diversi; Emostatico assorbibile a base di cellulosa ossidata a struttura non tessuta microfibrillare compatta, per l'impiego nella chirurgia mini-invasiva Varie misure; Emostatico a base di cellulosa ossidata, bioassorbibile, in forma fibrillare; Spugna di gelatina di origine suina, emostatica riassorbibile, purificata; Emostatico in polvere a base di gelatina di origine suina, emostatica riassorbibile, purificata, 3 gr; Patch emostatico in cellulosa ossidata rigenerata e PEG privo di componenti di orgine animale o umana; Patch emostatico in collagene e PEG; Sigillante in patch riassorbibile idoneo per le perdite aeree (aerostasi) in chirurgia toracica open o mininvasiva.; Dispositivo endoscopico per emostasi nel sanguinamento non da varici del tratto gastrointestinale superiore. In kit composto da applicatore endoscopico, polvere emostatica ed erogatore spray; Dispositivo per la pleurodesi da applicarsi nella cavità pleurica; Dispositivo emostatico in disco di schiuma con polimero idrofilo per il controllo esterno del sanguinamento da rimozione di cateteri ed introduttori/arteriotomie; Sigillante e antiaderenziale di origine sintetica, a base di polimeri di polietilen glicole. Disponibilità vari volumi; Dispositivo per il tamponamento emostatico uterino contenente granuli emostatici applicati su striscia di tessuto; Dispositivo emostatico di contatto adiuvante alla compressione manuale per l'emostasi topica di ferite o lacerazioni sanguinanti; a base di garza non tessuta impregnata di caolino, misure 7,5 cm x 3,7 m; Adesivo cutaneo a base di ciano acrilato con rete adesiva
