Repair services for equipment fittings and valves

This tender concerns the procurement of repair services for equipment fittings and valves. In the course of the bid evaluation it was established that the supplier submitted an incomplete offer, because it failed to propose the required items set out in annexes 2 and 3 of Form 2B of the tender submission. These missing items are: sheet sealing materials (annex 2 to Form 2B) and sealing materials used for the sealing of valve stems (annex 3 to Form 2B). Small businesses reading this notice should note that the scope of the service covers the repair of fittings and valves together with the supply of the listed sealing materials as part of the offer.
