Ireland - Urban planning and landscape architectural services - Mountrath Town Centre Public Realm Improvement Scheme

Laois County Council in Ireland is seeking a single service provider: an urban planning led multi-disciplinary design team, also acting as PSDP, for the Mountrath Town Centre Public Realm Improvement Scheme. The works cover Stage (i) a town spatial strategy, Stage (ii a) town centre design and Stage (ii b) developed design and planning (Part 8). Deliverables include design documents, drawings, surveys and reports for use in later stages. Later stages (detailed design, tender action, contract award, construction and handover) will be tendered separately, subject to funding availability.
