Description

As part of the DART+ Programme, IÉ are undertaking the design of an enhancement of Connolly Station to handle an increased train frequency. This is to be obtained through the creation of a new station entrance at Preston Street, connecting with Platforms 4, 5, 6 and 7 to manage increased passenger numbers safely. To develop the design, the following information is required to support design assumptions. Non-Intrusive investigations are to be undertaken to confirm details of identified elements within the existing structure; The elements of interest are described within the specification. Investigations of all Buried Services (GPR survey) - See Section 5 Investigations of Drainage assets (CCTV survey) - See Section 6 Targeted specific investigations of mechanical and electrical services - See Section 7 Topographical Survey - See Section 8. Whilst these requirements do not specifically relate to Drone Surveys, they are provided for under this QS in the PQQ scope. Companies who do not provide the core elements of these requirements may also subcontract, if they wish. There is no obligation to submit a tender should you not be able to provide these requirements.
