At a minimum, the solution must comprehensively support the following functional domains: • multi-source ingest, including live, file-based, and remote submissions, • news package generation and collaborative production, enabling editorial teams to create, version, and refine content for digital-first publishing, • online publishing and social media distribution as a central capability, allowing direct, efficient delivery of content to web, and third-party platforms, • AI integration, particularly to accelerate digital workflows such as translation, transcription, and subtitling, • integrated playout, supporting both SDI broadcast and online streaming, • archiving, ensuring all media and editorial assets are securely stored, richly indexed, and easily retrievable, with integration to existing archive systems
