Description

Framework agreement for the provision of professional telecommunication and project management services to support ESB Networks’ telecoms capital investment programmes. Services include project management office (PMO) support, governance and delivery of project services, and specialist technical and operational telecommunications advisory services. The framework was divided into two lots: Lot 1: Project Management and PMO support services Lot 2: Technical and operational telecommunications advisory services Provision of professional project and programme management services to support ESB Networks’ telecommunications capital investment programmes. The scope of this lot includes project and programme management support, project management office (PMO) services, governance and assurance, and support for the development and delivery of projects in line with ESB Networks’ project management methodologies and governance requirements. The framework agreement for this lot was awarded following an Negotiated procurement procedure completed in 2021/2022. The initial term commenced in September 2022 with options to extend in accordance with the original contract terms. This notice is published retrospectively and reflects the award and subsequent extension of the lot.; Provision of professional advisory and technical support services in relation to ESB Networks’ operational and technical telecommunications systems. The scope of this lot includes specialist telecommunications consultancy, technical analysis, and professional support relating to radio systems, spectrum management, network planning, and other telecommunications-related advisory services required to support ESB Networks’ telecommunications infrastructure and operations. The framework agreement for this lot was awarded following an Negotiated procurement procedure completed in 2021/2022. The initial term commenced in September 2022 with options to extend in accordance with the original contract terms. This notice is published retrospectively and reflects the award and subsequent extension of the lot.
