The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) is one of the world’s leading providers of scientific research and evidence-based services to government, non-governmental, and commercial organisations. As part of this programme, AFBI is seeking to procure next-generation observational technologies capable of monitoring and quantifying changes in plankton communities and associated marine food webs within the Irish Sea.
