Description

he Department is seeking to appoint external advisors to provide independent econometric analysis that will assist, in the first instance, with an understanding of what SGEI rules apply to the specific case of the Eircodes, and subsequently to assess how they should be most appropriately applied (in the case of operational and compensation costs) 1. The Contracting Authority seeks Tender responses for the provision of assistance in respect of the transition of the National Postcode Project to a new operational environment
