Description

The two-storey modular accommodation is to be sited to the rear of the Hospital’s Technical Services Department and adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate in a busy car parking area. For the avoidance of doubt, as this competition concerns a design and build contract, the successful tenderer identified by this competitive process shall assume responsibility for undertaking all necessary works (including all civil, structural, MEP, ICT, statutory compliance and certification requirements) to deliver a fully-operational facility.
