Description

Údarás na Gaeltachta (The Contracting Authority) intends to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Small Emergency Works within Gaeltacht areas of their Southern Region (Co Kerry, Co Cork, Co Waterford) - Lot 3A. Contractors appointed to the Framework will be eligible to tender for call-off contracts within this geographic area. Contracts awarded under this Framework will be based on the PW-CF11 Public Works Contract. The scope of works may vary by project and location and may be of an urgent/emergency nature. Works may include, without limitation, emergency repairs, urgent interventions and other maintenance works. This Lot forms part of a series of separate but related Framework Competitions covering multiple sectors and regions, including Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, Emergency Works, and Tree Services across the Gaeltacht areas. Each sector and region are being advertised separately under their own CfT. These separate but related Framework Agreements will cover Gaeltacht regions within the following three areas: Southen region (Co Kerry, Co Cork, Co Waterford), Northern Region (Co Donegal) and Western Region (Co Galway, Co Mayo, Co Meath). The framework agreements are divided into lots for each identified area of work, providing opportunities for contractors of varying sizes and specialisms across the Gaeltacht regions. D'fhéadfadh raon na n-oibreacha a bheith éagsúil de réir togra agus suímh agus d'fhéadfadh sé a bheith de chineál práinneach/éigeandála. D'fhéadfadh na hoibreacha a áireamh, gan teorainn, deisiúcháin éigeandála, idirghabhálacha práinneacha agus oibreacha cothabhála eile. Tá an Lot seo mar chuid de shraith Comórtas Creata ar leith a chlúdaíonn earnálacha agus réigiúin éagsúil, ina measc Oibreacha Meicniúla, Oibreacha Leictreacha, Oibreacha Éigeandála, agus Seirbhísí Crann ar fud na gceantair Ghaeltachta. Tá gach earnáil agus réigiún á fhógairt ar leith faoina CfT féin. Clúdóidh na Comhaontuithe Creata seo réigiúin Ghaeltachta laistigh de na trí cheantar seo a leanas: Réigiún an Deiscirt (Co Chiarraí, Co Chorcaí, Co Phort Láirge), Réigiún an Tuaiscirt (Co Dhún na nGall) agus Réigiún an Iarthair (Co na Gaillimhe, Co Mhaigh Eo, Co na Mí).
