Враховуючи, що країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран, Учасник фактом подання пропозиції підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Замовник відхиляє пропозицію постачальника, що за результатами оцінки визначена економічно вигідною, якщо постачальник: - пропонує товар походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран; - подав дві або більше пропозиції в межах одного запиту пропозицій постачальників. Поставка Товару за Договором здійснюється транспортом Постачальника, який відповідає санітарним вимогам, за вимогою (заявкою) Замовника, дрібними партіями на адреси закладів Покупця згідно п.5.3 Договору з визначеною періодичністю не рідше 1 (одного) разу на тиждень в проміжок часу з 07.00 год. до 08.30 год. Місце поставки Товару: вул.Шевченка 9А, с.Терешки, Полтавський район, Полтавська область; вул.Кобзаря 58, с.Головач, Полтавський район, Полтавська область; вул.Миру, 3-Д, с.Ваці, Полтавський район, Полтавська область
