CIG: BBCF07B072 Committente: Unione della Romagna Faentina. L'appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del Servizio di Pronto Intervento e Emergenza Sociale (PRIES) nel territorio dell’Unione della Romagna Faentina attivo 24h/24 per 365 giorni all’anno. La descrizione del servizio in oggetto, le modalità di esecuzione delle prestazioni ed attività richieste e le obbligazioni a carico dell’aggiudicatario sono illustrate nel capitolato speciale. Il conseguente contratto avrà una durata di due anni con decorrenza dalla data della sua sottoscrizione. Ai sensi dell’art. 7 del capitolato speciale, alla scadenza, è prevista la facoltà, previa istruttoria di natura tecnico-economica, di rinnovare il contratto per un periodo di pari durata agli stessi patti e condizioni. La Stazione appaltante si riserva l’opzione di prorogare il contratto per un periodo di sei mesi, ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 10 del Codice. L’importo complessivo del contratto riferito alla durata biennale è stimato in € 232.632,00 (IVA esclusa) (comprensivo degli oneri per la sicurezza da interferenze DUVRI). Il valore complessivo massimo del contratto, ai sensi dell’art. 14 del Codice comprensivo dell’eventuale rinnovo, inclusi l’opzione di proroga e il quinto d’obbligo, è stimato in € 628.106,40 (IVA esclusa).
