Moldtelecom (MTC), the national telecom operator of Moldova, is seeking a digital services provider for remote electronic identification, advanced electronic signature and qualified electronic signature for its customers, under a revenue sharing model. The partner will help extend digital identity and e-signature services to individuals, legal entities and public institutions via MTC network and channels. Candidates must operate proven digital platforms and software, have technical capacity for integration and support, hold ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications, and show relevant experience. Applications (letter of intent, signed NDA and company presentation) are due by 4 September 2026 at 12:00 via email.
