Description

Depuis le 1er janvier 2018, la Communauté d'Agglomération Rochefort Océan s'est dotée de la Compétence Eaux Usées-Eaux Pluviales avec le fonctionnement suivant : - à la Ville de Rochefort, la CARO a maintenu la gestion de l'eau et de l'assainissement en régie intercommunale. - aux 24 autres communes de la CARO, la CARO s'est substituée aux communes pour adhérer au Syndicat des Eaux de Charente-Maritime pour transférer l'Eau et l'Assainissement (excepté les Eaux Pluviales). C'est pourquoi le titulaire du présent marché devra intervenir : - au titre de l'eau potable : uniquement sur la Ville de Rochefort et un quartier ouest de Tonnay-Charente - au titre de l'Assainissement-Eaux Usées : uniquement sur la Ville de Rochefort - au titre de l'Assainissement-Eaux Pluviales Urbaines : sur l'ensemble des communes de l'Agglomération Rochefort Océan
