Entry Moment 8: Open House procedure Youth Care Region South Drenthe 2020-2028

The municipalities of Borger-Odoorn, Coevorden, De Wolden, Emmen, Hoogeveen, Meppel and Westerveld in South Drenthe are procuring youth care services. The initial procurement was completed in 2019 and, as set out in the tender documents, the procedure has an open and flexible character allowing interested providers to join. This is the eighth such entry moment. If a provider meets the requirements the municipalities have set in the framework agreement, the framework agreement can also be concluded with them.
