De centrumgemeente 's-Hertogenbosch wil namens de gemeenten Boxtel, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Maasdriel, Meierijstad, Sint- Michielsgestel, Vught en Zaltbommel (‘regio Meierij en Bommelerwaard) met beschermd wonen aanbieders een overeenkomst sluiten voor het binnen de Deelnemende gemeenten aanbieden van voorzieningen aan cliënten beschermd wonen die daarvoor in aanmerking komen op basis van de Wmo en/of de op basis van de Wmo opgestelde gemeentelijke verordeningen. Het betreft (‘producten’): Product 1a: Intramuraal Beschermd Wonen Intensief Product 1b: Intramuraal Beschermd Wonen Basis Product 2a: Intramuraal Beschermd Wonen Verslavingszorg Intensief Product 2b: Intramuraal Beschermd Wonen Verslavingszorg Basis Product 3a: Kleinschalig Thuis Intensief Product 3b: Kleinschalig Thuis Basis Product 4a: Zelfstandig Thuis Intensief Product 4b: Zelfstandig Thuis Basis Product 5: Specialistische Dagbesteding
