Verkkaupi óskar eftir tilboðum í grunnræstingu og ræstingatengda þjónustu í samræmi við staðalinn NS-INSTA 800-1:2018 System for establishing and assessing cleaning quality (en), íslensk þýðing á staðlinum er eldri útgáfa staðalsins ÍST INSTA 800:2010 Kerfi fyrir mat og flokkun á gæðum ræstingu. Einnig er óskað eftir tilboðum í viðhaldsræstingu og viðbótarverk á eftirfarandi byggingum á Keflavíkurflugvelli (KEF): A. Flugturn, Hólsvöllum 11, 530 m² í ræstiáætlun og 910 m² ræstir fermetrar. B. Þjónustuhús, Háaleitishlað 25, 1.047 m² í ræstiáætlun og um 3.000-3.700 m² ræstir fermetrar. C. Ellukot mötuneyti, Háaleitishlað 21; 320 m² í ræstiáætlun og um 1.540 m² ræstir fermetrar. D. Aðgangshlið - Silfurhlið og Bronshlið 200 m² í ræstiáætlun og 1.200 m² ræstir fermetrar. E. Aðstaða farþegaaksturs (Bygging 822, Ellukot og gámar á flughlaði) 80 m² í ræstiáætlun og 160 m² ræstir fermetrar.
