Description

Hólabrekkuskóli stendur við Suðurhóla 10, 111 Reykjavík. Hús 3 hefur staðið að mestu autt í nokkurn tíma vegna myglu og rakaskemmda. Húsið er tvær hæðir ásamt litlum lagnakjallara, steypt og einangrað að innan. Í dag er búið að rífa töluvert innanhúss. Um er að ræða byggingarleyfisskylda framkvæmd þar sem til stendur meðal annars að einangra og klæða húsið að utan með álklæðningu, endurnýja glugga og hurðir, innanhússfrágangur og breyting á innra skipulagi, endurnýja þak og byggja yfir inngarð. Búið er að rífa innanhúss að hluta til. Á fyrstu hæð verða tvær kennslustofur, smíðastofa, matsalur, salerni, geymslur og tæknirými. Á annarri hæð verða fjórar kennslustofur, fjögur vinnuherbergi, salerni, tæknirými, fatahengi og fjölnotarými.
