Table chicken eggs, First category (M)

The contract covers the supply of fresh table chicken eggs, First category, size M. Goods are delivered in batches according to orders placed by the contracting authority. Orders are sent by email from the buyer's address to the supplier's address, and delivery must take place within 5 working days from the moment the order is sent. A confirmation email from the supplier within one working day serves as proof of receipt; if no confirmation arrives in that period, the order is deemed accepted in full and must be fulfilled. Payment is made only after the goods are actually received, based on duly issued delivery notes, within 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods and supporting documents. The supplier's invoice is the basis for payment.
