Кожна партія товару повинна супроводжуватись документом, який підтверджує його походження, якість та безпеку. Кожне яйце промарковане штампом, на якому вказана категорія яєць. До постачання допускається продукція, строк придатності до споживання якої сплинув не більше ніж на 20%. На кожній одиниці фасування (коробці), або на ярлику повинна бути наступна інформація: назва харчового продукту, країна походження підприємства-виробника, позначення стандарту, вага нетто, склад, дата виготовлення, термін придатності та умови зберігання
