Description

Predmet ovog postupka je nabava vozila za prijevoz otpada - smećara, prema detaljnom opisu u prilogu Tehničke specifikacije koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je obvezan ponuditi cjelokupan predmet nabave sukladno opisu predmeta nabave (prilog Tehničke specifikacije). Ponuda u kojoj nije ponuđen cijelokupan predmet nabave biti će odbijena. U svojoj ponudi ponuditelj je dužan dostaviti popunjeni prilog Tehničke specifikacije ove dokumentacije kojim potvrđuje da je ponuđeno vozilo smećar u skladu sa zahtjevima u pogledu opisa predmeta nabave i zahtjevima propisanim u tehničkim specifikacijama. Kako bi se ponuda smatrala valjanom s tehničke strane ponuđeno vozilo smećar mora zadovoljiti sve traženo iz priloga Tehničke specifikacije ove Dokumentacije, odnosno, ponuda mora uključivati sve stavke kako je traženo. Ponuditelj smije nuditi vozilo smećar samo jednog proizvođača i marke te jedan model i tip. Vozilo koje će se isporučiti mora biti novo i nekorišteno, min. 2026. godine proizvodnje. Vozilo smećar treba biti homologirano. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan osigurati besplatni popravak kvarova na vozilu smećaru unutar ponuđenog jamstvenog roka na cijelo vozilo i nadogradnju od minimalno 24 mjeseca / 250.000 km na prijenosnu grupu (motor, mjenjač i diferencijal), što uključuje zamjenu dijelova, rad i sve ostale izdatke vezane uz intervenciju.
