Sustav se sastoji od sljedećih podsustava: • Podsustav za elektroničko uredsko poslovanje (SEUP) • Podsustav za upravljanje digitalnom dokumentacijom (DMS) • Podsustav za digitalno arhiviranje • Podsustav za optičko prepoznavanje teksta skeniranih dokumenata (OCR) • Podsustav za izvještavanje • Podsustav za nadzor i administraciju Predmet nabave detaljno je definiran Projektnim zadatkom, Troškovnikom, Ostalim uputama ponuditeljima te Prijedlogom ugovora, koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije.
