Description

Nabava opreme za OŠ Čazma Nabava opreme za Osnovnu školu Čazma prema tehničkim specifikacijama navedenim u troškovniku (Prilog I). Isporuka i montaža opreme međuovisna je sa završetkom radova na rekonstrukciji i dogradnji Osnovne škole Čazma (radovi u tijeku, planirani završetak 30.06.2025.). Izvršitelj će isporučiti i montirati ugovorenu opremu kada se za to stvore preduvjeti obzirom na tekuće radove, u koordinaciji s Naručiteljem i izvođačem radova. Uredna isporuka, odnosno izvršenje predmeta nabave se potvrđuje primopredajnim zapisnikom ovjerenim od strane naručitelja i odabranog gospodarskog subjekta (predstavnika obiju ugovornih strana). Jamstveni rok počinje teći od dana potpisa Zapisnika o primopredaji. Završetak ugovora je po isteku jamstvenog roka.
