Description

Pretplatna licenca za sustav prepoznavanja kibernetičkih napada i naprednu obranu Predmet nabave je nabava sustava za prepoznavanje kibernetičkih napada i napredne obrane. Sustav mora imati mogućnost da aktivno nadzire minimalno 2500 IP adresa (korisnici, poslužitelji i uređaji) te omogućava automatizirano otkrivanje i zaštitu od malicioznih aktivnosti na mrežnoj, sistemskoj i korisničkoj infrastrukturi. Sustav treba omogućavati ručnu, poluautomatiziranu i automatiziranu razinu zaštite. Sustav treba prihvatiti snimku cjelokupnog mrežnog prometa i koristeći metode nadziranog i nenadziranog dubokog učenja (DL) omogućiti prepoznavanje ne samo vanjskih nego i unutarnjih prijetnji koje potječu iz organizacije, praćenjem lateralne komunikacije, koja ne prolazi kroz vatrozid. Sustav treba dimenzionirati za nadzor mrežnog prometa za minimalno 2500 jedinstvenih IP adresa. Ponuditelj će ugraditi hardverske komponente (fizički uređaji) na lokacije prema uputi naručitelja, ovisno o tipu prometa koji uređaj mora prikupljati. Hardverske komponente će se nalaziti u IT mreži (poslovna mreža) te će pregledavati i analizirati sav mrežni promet na primarnoj i sekundarnoj lokaciji. Hardverska komponenta ugradit će se na primarnoj (Prisavlje 14, Zagreb) i sekundarnoj lokaciji (Krležin Gvozd 1a, Zagreb) naručitelja. Isporučene usluge obuhvaćaju jamstvo na hardver, nove verzije softvera, sigurnosne zakrpe i slično te podršku proizvođača pri analizi grešaka na sustavu. Po isteku usluge, hardver i softver se vraćaju isporučitelju.
