Description

Grad Kastav u sklopu projekta ZeleNatura, financiranog sredstvima programa Interreg Slovenija-Hrvatska 2021.-2027., uređuje zapuštenu i neiskorištenu zelenu površinu između stare jezgre i osnovne škole te ju pretvara u mjesto susreta građana svih generacije te školski vrt u kojem će se interpretirati bioraznolikost programskog područja. Investicija je definirana kroz glavni projekt ''Uređenje terasastog parka'' iz 2025. godine. Obuhvat investicije uključuje k.č.br. 4359, 4360 i 4361, k.o. Kastav, gdje se nalaze zapuštene terasaste površine uz zgradu Osnovne škole ''Milan Brozović''. U jugoistočnom dijelu obuhvata nalazi se djelomično uređen vrt. U troškovniku su predviđeni pripremi radovi, zemljani radovi, betonski i armirano-betonski radovi, kamenorezački radovi, bravarski radovi, hortikultura, dobava sadnica i oprema. Pristup obuhvatu je otežan zbog karakteristika površina unutar obuhvata, kao i blizine škole, zbog čega je prilikom planiranja radova i faza potrebno voditi računa o potrebi korištenja prilaznih puteva tijekom izvođenja radova.
