Predmet nabave je sklapanje okvirnog sporazuma za uslugu najma Microsoft software-a u trajanju od 3 godine sukladno stavkama navedenima u troškovnicima grupe 1 i grupe 2. • U troškovniku grupe 1 nalaze se licence namijenjene internim korisnicima. Licence u ovoj grupi obuhvaćaju ključne Microsoft softverske proizvode potrebne za rad na lokalnim poslužiteljima, korisničkim uređajima te pristup infrastrukturnim uslugama i aplikacijama. Grupa uključuje licence za upravljanje podatkovnim centrima, osnovne klijentske pristupne licence (CAL), kolaboracijske alate poput Exchange Servera i Office 365, alate za produktivnost poput Office Professional Plus, SQL Server Standard, kao i licence za udaljeni pristup (Remote Desktop Services). • U troškovniku grupe 2 nalaze se licence namijenjene vanjskim korisnicima. Ova grupa uključuje Windows Server 2025 CAL licence, koje omogućuju vanjskim korisnicima pravo pristupa Windows Server okruženju kroz licencu po korisniku (User CAL) s trajanjem od 3 godine.
