Description

Predmet nabave je nabava prehrambenih proizvoda za potrebe Klinike za dječje bolesti Zagreb, a sukladno Troškovnicima i ostalim uvjetima navedenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi (u daljnjem tekstu: Dokumentacija). Konstruktivan opis predmeta nabave je u pripadajućim troškovnicima koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Isporučeni predmet nabave mora odgovarati važećim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan isporuku predmeta nabave izvršavati uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, nalozima i uputama Naručitelja, te uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Odabrani ponuditelj dužan je isporučiti naručenu robu u ugovorenim rokovima i ugovorenim cijenama. Ukoliko odabrani ponuditelj privremeno nema određenu stavku iz troškovnika grupe predmeta nabave za koju je odabran, isti je dužan o svome trošku nabaviti predmetnu stavku i isporučiti je Naručitelju po cijenama iz troškovnika odabrane ponude te u ugovorenim rokovima. Predmet nabave je detaljno opisan u Troškovniku za predmetnu grupu nabave.
