Description

Godišnja nabava raznih prehrambenih proizvoda tijekom 2026. godine za potrebe Zatvora u Gospiću. Ponuđena roba mora u cijelosti zadovoljiti sve tražene uvjete iz opisa predmeta nabave i troškovnika. Naručitelj može tijekom postupka pregleda i ocjene ponuda, od ponuditelja zatražiti dostavu određenih dokumenata vezanih uz predmet nabave (deklaracija o proizvodu i sl.), a kojima se dokazuje da ponuđena roba odgovara karakteristikama navedenim u opisu predmeta nabave i troškovniku. Ukoliko se utvrdi da ponuđena roba ne odgovara uvjetima, karakteristikama i opisu predmeta nabave, Naručitelj će takvu ponudu odbiti kao nevaljanu.
