Description

Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 264.636,00 eura bez PDV-a, a predmet nabave je podijeljen u dvije (2) grupe. Nabava 1. grupe: Računala (250.034,68 eura) provodi se kao ograničeni postupak javne nabave velike vrijednosti uz korištenje dinamičkog sustava nabave, a za nabavu 2. grupe: Sitna periferna nabava (14.601,32 eura) Naručitelj primjenjuje pravila koja vrijede za postupke jednostavne nabave. Naručitelj provodi odvojeni postupak jednostavne nabave robe koji je objektivno odvojiv sukladno članku 204. ZJN 2016, a temeljem članka 23. ZJN 2016 i sukladno Pravilniku o provedbi postupaka jednostavne nabave na Sveučilištu u Splitu, KLASA: 011-04/22-03/02, URBROJ: 2181-202-2-1-1, od 01. siječnja 2023. godine. Daljnje odredbe ove Dokumentacije o nabavi odnose se na 1. grupu predmeta nabave, odnosno na robu koja se nabavlja u okviru ovog ograničenog postupka javne nabave robe velike vrijednosti uz korištenje dinamičkog sustava nabave.
