Description

Predmet nabave je zamjena postojećeg rashladnog postrojenja / dorada instalacija u strojarnici unutar kompleksa Ksaver novim, energetski učinkovitijim sustavom, prema tehničkim rješenjima detaljno opisanim u Glavnom projektu strojarskih instalacija, oznake T.D. 58/24 S, Roterm d.o.o., Split, studeni 2024. Unutar poslovno-stambeno-trgovačkog kompleksa KSAVER, nalaze se prostorije Ministarstva zdravstva na adresi Ksaver 200a, 10000 Zagreb. Kompleks je sagrađen u razdoblju od 1980. do 1981. godine, na katastarskim česticama 4064/1 i 4064/6, k.o. Šestine. Rasprostire se na 10 glavnih etaža, a dio etaža je izgrađen u obliku poluetaža zbog prilagođavanja obliku terena. Ministarstvo koristi poslovne prostore u zgradama A1 i F5 u okviru poslovnog dijela kompleksa ukupne veličine 7.550 m2 (6.325 m2+1.224 m2). Predmetni zahvat obuhvaća rashladnu strojarnicu unutar postojeće kotlovnice u prizemlju objekta F5. Projektom se predviđa zamjena starih rashladnika vode s novim energetski efikasnijim uređajima, što uključuje i strojarsku elektro opremu kao i prateće građevinske radove na zamjeni primarnog kruga podsustava distribucije toplinske energije, zajedno s razdjelnikom / sabirnikom i pumpama sekundarnog kruga koje se nalaze u rashladnoj strojarnici unutar objekta F5. Projekt se izvodi radi sukladno Pravilniku o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama NN 112/17 34/18 36/19 98/19 31/20 74/22 155/23 i radovima u svrhu poboljšanja ispunjavanja temeljnih zahtjeva za građevinu i održavanja građevine, a kojima se ne mijenja usklađenost te građevine s lokacijskim uvjetima u skladu s kojima je izgrađena.
