Description

Predmet nabave u ovom postupku je isporuka robe, odnosno nabava i dogradnja računalne opreme u skladu s vrstama opreme i okvirnim količinama opreme u skladu s tehničkom specifikacijom, odnosno Tablicama tehničkih podataka i Troškovnikom iz priloga ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Pod dogradnjom računalne opreme podrazumijeva se isporuka dodatne opreme (robe) za poslužiteljsku opremu u smislu isporuke dodatnih diskova, memorija, kontrolera i sl. Isporučena roba mora biti originalna, nekorištena, nova i isporučena u izvornom tvorničkom pakiranju s cjelokupnom dokumentacijom na hrvatskom ili engleskom jeziku, kao i pripadajućim informacijama na elektroničkom mediju (ako je primjenjivo) te mora udovoljavati svim standardima i pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske. Ako Ponuditelj dostavi ponudu koja u cijelosti ne odgovara potrebama Naručitelja određenima u opisu predmeta nabave i tehničkom specifikacijom, odnosno kojom se nudi roba koja očito ne zadovoljava potrebe Naručitelja u odnosu na traženi predmet nabave, predmetna ponuda će biti odbijena.
