Nabava i ugradnja transformatora s mogućnošću kutne regulacije (PST) u postojeću transformatorsku stanicu Gračac U sklopu GreenSwitch projekta predviđena je nabava i ugradnja transformatora s mogućnošću kutne regulacije (PST) u postojeću transformatorsku stanicu Gračac, koja obuhvaća: • izradu glavnog projekta (arhitektonske, građevinske i elektrotehničke struke) te ishođenje građevinske dozvole, • izradu izvedbenog projekta, • izradu tehničke dokumentacije potrebne za proizvodnju kompletne opreme, • proizvodnju i ispitivanje u tvornici, transport i ugradnja PST-a, • izvođenje geodetskih i građevinskih radova, • nabavu, isporuku i ugradnju primarne i sekundarne opreme za opremanje postojećeg 110 kV polja, • ispitivanje na terenu i puštanje u rad, • izradu projekta izvedenog stanja i obuku osoblja te sve potrebne ostale radove i isporuke ostale opreme potrebne za puštanje u pogon PST-a, sukladno Tehničkim specifikacijama (DoN2), Listi garantiranih tehničkih karakteristika (DoN3) i Troškovniku (DoN4). Količina predmeta nabave određena je u Troškovniku (DoN4) koji je dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Količine navedene u Troškovniku su točne. Radovi se izvode po sustavu obračuna "ključ u ruke", sukladno članku 630. Zakona o obveznim odnosima (Narodne novine br. 35/2005, 41/2008, 125/2011, 78/2015, 29/2018, 126/2021, 114/2022, 156/2022, 145/2023, 155/2023), te se Izvođač obvezuje izvršiti sve usluge i radove obuhvaćene predmetom Ugovora do potpune gotovosti i funkcionalnosti transformatora s mogućnošću kutne regulacije (PST) u trafostanici TS Gračac. Ponuditelj mora ponuditi cjelokupni opseg predmeta nabave. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi i izvršiti predmet nabave sukladno svim tehničkim i drugim uvjetima koji su navedeni u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi.
