Description

Predmet nabave su pogonska goriva za motorna vozila kako slijedi: - bezolovni bezsumporni motorni benzin Eurosuper 95 BS - kakvoća u skladu s normom HRN EN 228, odnosno važećim izdanjem norme u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, - bezsumporno dizelsko gorivo Eurodizel BS - kakvoća u skladu s normom HRN EN 590, odnosno važećim izdanjem norme u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, sve u skladu s uvjetima i zahtjevima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi, te Troškovnikom i Popisom benzinskih postaja. Kakvoća benzina Eurosuper 95 BS i dizelskog goriva Eurodizel BS mora biti u skladu s zahtjevima Uredbe o kvaliteti tekućih naftnih goriva (NN 131/21) i drugim pozitivnim propisima koji su na snazi u vrijeme isporuke goriva Naručitelju. Isporučeni predmet nabave mora udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj.
