Predmet nabave su usluge najma osobnih vozila za potrebe HP-Hrvatske pošte d.d. sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Tehničkim specifikacijama sukladno vrstama vozila (Tip 1. - 5.), Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Vozila koja će biti predmet najma u trenutku preuzimanja moraju biti nova (godina proizvodnje 2026.), registrirana, osigurana, oprana, s prijeđenom kilometražom do najviše 1.000 km te s punim spremnikom goriva. Osim u trenutku preuzimanja, vozila moraju biti registrirana i osigurana i za cijelo vrijeme trajanja ugovora. Ponuditelj mora nuditi tehnički ispravna i neoštećena vozila, prikladna za uporabu sa svom pripadajućom opremom propisanom Pravilnikom o tehničkim uvjetima vozila u prometu na cestama (NN broj 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 i 79/23, 5/25) kao i popratnom dokumentacijom.
