Predmet nabave je nabava komunikacijske opreme, sukladno detaljnom opisu i količinama određenima u Tehničkim specifikacijama i Troškovniku koji se nalaze u prilogu ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Troškovnik se popunjava i dostavlja u odgovarajućem formatu, primjerice .xls ili .xlsx formatu. Nije dozvoljena izmjena troškovnika koji je preuzet uz Dokumentaciju o nabavi, već je dozvoljeno samo popunjavanje polja predviđenih za unos podataka. Predmet ove nabave je nabava nove komunikacijske opreme i nadogradnja postojeće komunikacijske opreme za potrebe Hrvatske Lutrije d.o.o. Isporučena roba mora u cijelosti biti originalna, nova i nekorištena, te mora udovoljavati zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi i svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za opremu, tj. za prve tri stavke Troškovnika, od ponuditelja se očekuje da ponudi jamstvo i podršku originalnog proizvođača opreme, minimalnog trajanja navedenog u Tehničkim specifikacijama, odnosno sukladno Izjavi odabranog ponuditelja. Sve komponente jednog tipa opreme (osim gdje je navedena dodatna oprema) moraju biti isporučene kompletne u istom pakiranju opreme.
