Predmet nabave je tekućina za SCR sustav vozila, otopina uree u vodi (proizvedena od čiste uree i demineralizirane vode ) koja se upotrebljava u motornim vozilima s diesel motorima standarda EURO 4, EURO 5 i EURO 6 s ugrađenim SCR selektivnim redukcijskim katalizatorom. Predmetna roba je na tržištu poznata i prepoznatljiva po nazivu AdBlue, patentiranoj i zaštićenoj proizvodnoj marki Udruženja automobilske industrije Njemačke ( VDA), kao i pod oznakom AUS 32. Iz navedenog proizlazi da samo certificirani proizvođači i distributeri mogu koristiti naziv Ad Blue. Kvaliteta ponuđenog proizvoda treba odgovarati zahtjevima norma ISO 22241-1 i 22241-2 ili jednakovrijednoj Ponuđena tekućina za SCR ustav vozila treba biti uskladištena i isporučena prema smjernicama CEFIC-a ili jednakovrijednim. Predmetna roba se treba isporučivati u povratnim spremnicima zapremnine 900-1100 l. Spremnici trebaju biti izrađeni od materijala navedenim u normi ISO 22241- 3 dio ili jednakovrijednoj. Naručitelj će osigurati natkriven prostor za smještaj i manipulaciju spremnicima na sljedećim lokacijama: Autobusni servis Podsused, Kovinska ulica 32, Zagreb, Autobusni servis Dubrava, Ulica Dragutina Mandla 5, Zagreb i Autobusni servis Velika Gorica, Zagrebačka 46, Velika Gorica.
