Description

Predmet nabave je nabava izrade tehnoloških programa i platformi za rad na provjeri informacija: Copilot - podrška factcheck procesa odnosno razvoja alata temeljenog na principima umjetne inteligencije za pomoć u provjeri istinitosti medijskih činjenica, a kao dodatnog alata povrh tzv. Suradničke platforme Točno tako, Naručitelja Agencija za elektroničke medije. Informacijski sustav koji se nabavlja predstavlja znanstveno-istraživački projekt. Naime, tijekom implementacije projekta, uz sam razvoj alata, ponuditelj mora dokazati izvedivost korištenja umjetne inteligencije u procesima provjere medijskih činjenica, mora dokazati mogućnosti povezivanja s različitim izvorima vjerodostojnih činjenica te, u konačnici, omogućiti njihovu provjeru u odnosu na znanstvene izvore.
