Predmet nabave ovog DSN-a je nabava robe, usluga i radova vezanih uz izvođenje šumarskih radova: Izgradnja i održavanje šumske infrastrukture. Pod nabavom robe podrazumijeva se nabava kamenog materijala u svrhu izgradnje i odražavanja šumske infrastrukture, pod nabavom usluga podrazumijeva se usluga prijevoza kamenog materijala u istu svrhu, dok se pod nabavom radova podrazumijevaju radovi na sanaciji, održavanju i izgradnji šumske infrastrukture. Pod šumskom infrastrukturom podrazumijeva se primarna i sekundarna šumska infrastruktura. Primarna obuhvaća sve kategorije šumskih prometnica namijenjenih za potrebe održivog gospodarenja šumama te se u pravilu sastoji od donjeg i gornjeg ustroja, dok sekundarna infrastruktura obuhvaća u pravilu traktorske vlake i putove te žične linije, koje prvenstveno služe za privlačenje, izvoženje odnosno iznošenje drva iz šume, specijalnim šumskim strojevima. Prema Pravilniku, izvođenje nabrojanih vrsta šumarskih radova zahtjeva posjedovanje licencije izdane od strane Hrvatske komore inženjera šumarstva i drvne tehnologije (dalje: HKIŠDT), što će se kao uvjet sposobnosti tražiti u sklopu zasebnih nabava. Predmet nabave nabavljat će se u sklopu DSN-a, provedbom tzv. zasebnih nabava (mini nadmetanja).
