Izgradnja objekta akceleratora i inkubatora u sklopu projekta Centar gaming industrije - inkubator i akcelerator. Tehničke specifikacije se nalaze u prilogu ove Dokumentacije o nabavi (naziv: Tehničke specifikacije Akcelerator; Tehničke specifikacije Inkubator) te čine njen sastavni dio (uključujući sve njihove kasnije izmjene). Napomena: Prilog Tehničke specifikacije Acelerator i Tehničke specifikacije Inkubator s detaljno navedenim svim stavkama radova ponuditelji NE ISPUNJAVAJU te služe isključivo kao tehnička specifikacija za potrebe izrade ponude. Naručitelj zbog veličine dokumenata objavljuje svu projektno - tehničku dokumentaciju za potrebe izgradnje objekta akceleratora i inkubatora na sljedećoj poveznici: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A_8nqyRyLizDpBIq1jaV_qNJ2IsMPJsJ/view?usp=sharing te je dostupna za besplatno preuzimanje svim zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima. Predmet nabave uključuje izvođenje radova po sistemu "ključ u ruke". Izvoditelj se samostalno obvezuje izvesti sve radove potrebne za gradnju i uporabu građevine. Ugovorena cijena obuhvaća i vrijednost svih nepredviđenih radova i viškova radova, a isključuje utjecaj manjkova radova na ugovorenu cijenu, pod pretpostavkom da nije došlo do izmjene opsega ugovorenih radova na temelju sporazuma ugovornih strana ili iz razloga za koje odgovara Naručitelj. Ako u ugovoru »ključ u ruke« sudjeluje kao ugovorna strana više izvođača, njihova odgovornost prema Naručitelju je solidarna.
