Predmet javne nabave je nabava 8 solo gradskih niskopodnih autobusa, 8 midi gradskih niskopodnih autobusa i 4 gradska niskopodna minibusa koji se pokreću na električnu energiju s osposobljavanjem osoblja Naručitelja za rukovanje i održavanje autobusa, sukladno Troškovnicima, Tehničkim specifikacijama i ostalim traženim uvjetima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj će autobuse koristiti u lokalnom i županijskom linijskom prijevozu na linijama prosječno dužine do 50 kilometara. Prema konfiguraciji ulične mreže, autobusi će savladavati uspone na pojedinim dionicama linija do 12%. Lokalne i županijske linije karakterizira velika gustoća stajališta s prosječnim međustajališnim udaljenostima od 350 metara. Trase linija najvećim dijelom prolaze užim središtem. Gusti prometni tokovi na uličnoj mreži, regulacija prometa semaforskim sustavom uvjetuje učestalo zaustavljanje i stajanje na stajalištima i semaforiziranim raskrižjima. U takvom režimu rada autobusi će se koristiti do 20 sati dnevno. Posebnom opterećenju izloženi su u periodu jutarnjih i popodnevnih vršnih opterećenja uz učestalu popunjenost od 90% do 100% raspoloživog kapaciteta. Nabava 4 gradska niskopodna minibusa na električni pogon s osposobljavanjem osoblja Naručitelja za rukovanje i održavanje autobusa
