Description

Predmet nabave je je opskrba električnom energijom sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim uvjetima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Tehničke specifikacije ovog predmeta nabave nalaze se u Troškovniku. Svaki ponuditelj je dužan osigurati kontinuiranu opskrbu električnom energijom sukladno mjernim mjestima korisnika od 0-24 sata. Svaki eventualni prekid u opskrbi mora se pravovremeno dojaviti Naručitelju. Naručitelj će u slučaju potrebe za dodatnim podacima u svrhu izrade ponude, temeljem zahtjeva gospodarskog subjekta a u skladu s odredbama Pravilnika o općim uvjetima za korištenje mreže i opskrbu električnom energijom (Narodne novine, broj 100/22, 134/24 i 19/25) i Mrežnim pravilima distribucijskog sustava (Narodne novine, broj 74/18 i 52/20) zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima izdati pisano ovlaštenja za pristup mjernim podacima koji se mogu dodatno dobiti od HEP ODS-a d.o.o. Obračunsko razdoblje za opskrbu električnom energijom iznosi 30+/-3 dana. Obračunski elementi temeljem kojih se vrši obračun opskrbe električnom energijom su: 1. Obračunsko razdoblje Obračunsko razdoblje za opskrbu električnom energijom iznosi 30+/-3 dana. 2. Obračunski elementi Obračun električne energije izvršit će odabrani ponuditelj temeljem mjernih podataka koje će utvrditi Operator distribucijskog sustava na obračunskim mjernim mjestima, sukladno Pravilniku o općim uvjetima za korištenje mreže i opskrbu električnom energijom (Narodne novine, broj 100/22, 134/24 i 19/25), Mrežnim pravilima distribucijskog sustava (Narodne novine, broj 74/18 i 52/20), Mrežnim pravilima prijenosnog sustava (Narodne novine, br. 10/24) i Pravilima organiziranja tržišta električne energije (Narodne novine, br. 107/19 i 36/20).
