Description

Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je opskrba električnom energijom, temeljem iskazanih potreba, te u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne elekrične energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije sukladno točki VI.1. Odluke o provedbi zelene javne nabave (NN 137/24). Sukladno Zakonu o tržištu električne energije (NN 111/21, 83/23 i 17/25) obnovljivi izvori energije su energija iz obnovljivih nefosilnih izvora, primjerice energija vjetra, solarna energija (toplinska i fotonaponska) te geotermalna energija, energija iz okoliša, energija plime, oseke i druga energija oceana, hidroenergija, biomasa, plin dobiven od otpada, plin dobiven iz uređaja za obradu otpadnih voda i bioplin.
