Predmet nabave je nabava robe - električne energije, odnosno opskrba električnom energijom vodoopskrbnih objekata te objekata odvodnje Naručitelja (Upravna zgrada, pumpne, hidroforske i crpne stanice, vodospreme i pročistači), sukladno Popisu obračunskih mjernih mjesta, Tehničkim specifikacijama i Troškovniku, koji su sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Isporučena električna energija mora sadržavati minimalno 50% energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Naručitelj provodi postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv. „zelena energija“). Za postotak energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije veći od 50% naručitelj dodjeljuje bodove u okviru kriterija za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude.
