Description

Durchführung von Maßnahmen der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung (BGF) für Mitarbeiter*innen der Österreichischen Post AG. Die Maßnahmen sollen zur Förderung von Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Arbeitsfähigkeit beitragen und dabei physische, psychische und soziale Aspekte berücksichtigen. Die Maßnahmen werden im Rahmen von Gesundheitstagen, über den mobilen Gesundheitsbus der Post sowie am Kraftplatz in der Unternehmenszentrale angeboten. Sie sollen praxisnah, zielgruppenspezifisch und nachhaltig in den Arbeitsalltag integrierbar sein. Folgende Fachgebiete sind Teil der Ausschreibung: Bewegung / Ergonomie, Ernährung, Mentale Gesundheit, Shiatsu, Suchtprävention Vergabe der Lose 1 - 3 Bewegung/Ergonomie (OST/MITTE/WEST), Lose 4 - 6 Ernährung (OST/MITTE/WEST), Lose 7 - 9 Mentale Gesundheit (OST/MITTE/WEST) und Lose 13 - 15 Suchtprävention (OST/MITTE/WEST)
