Die Leistungen der Geschäftsstelle werden im Detail im Dokument «A2 Leistungsbeschreibung» beschrieben und umfassen die jährliche Beratung und Betreuung von rund 120 Kund*innen, die Mitwirkung bei der Informationsaufbereitung und beim Wissenstransfer sowie die Administration der Geschäftsstelle. Die Laufzeit beträgt fest 2 Jahre (2027 und 2028) mit Option auf Verlängerung um maximal dreimal ein Jahr.
