Das Gebäude der Beobachtungsstation BEO Heimgarten für weibliche Jugendliche mit Schwierigkeiten im persönlichen, sozialen, schulischen oder familiären Bereich hat das Ende seines Lebenszyklus erreicht. Zusätzlich sind die Nutzungsverteilung anzupassen und vier zusätzliche Wohnplätze aufzunehmen. Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe wird im Zuge einer Generalplanersubmission ein Generalplanerteam für die SIA-Phasen 31 bis 53 beschafft. Folgende Funktionen und Kompetenzen sind durch das Generalplanerteam abzudecken: -           Generalplaner als Gesamtleitung -           Architektur -           Baumanagement -           Bauingenieurwesen -           Gebäudetechnik (HLKS) inkl. Fachkoordination HLKSE -           Elektroplanung -           Gebäudeautomation (GA) -           Brandschutzplanung -           Bauphysik und Akustik -           Spezialisten
